How You Will Contribute
We currently have openings at the following levels –
You’ll be a key part of the team and deliver positive Financial Due Diligence outcomes for our clients in resources, private equity, infrastructure, and corporate sectors.
You’ll get to enjoy variety and meaningful challenges, including assessing quality of earnings, analysing cash flows, reviewing working capital, identifying key business drivers and collaborating with senior leaders and advisors.
Qualifications
To be successful in these roles you will bring the following -
Experience in M&A Transaction Services/ Financial Due Diligence (buy side and/ or sell side), with time spent in a Big Four environment.
CA qualified or working towards this if you’re early in your career.
A positive and entrepreneurial mindset, while being adaptable, collaborative and having the passion to achieve.
