Work with complex enterprise datasets, AI-enabled analytics and scalable data automation
Be part of a collaborative team that values diverse perspectives and empowers you to make a difference for our clients and communities.
Enjoy flexible work arrangements, world-class learning opportunities, and the support you need to thrive and grow.
What will your typical day look like?
You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to deliver data-driven AI-enabled solutions across client engagements and support on strategic transformation initiatives while continuing to build your capability through real project experience. One day you might be preparing and analysing large transactional datasets from multiple source systems; the next, automating data preparation workflows using SQL and Python or developing dashboards that help stakeholders understand operational, financial or risk trends.
You’ll be trusted to contribute to real client work from the outset while being supported through coaching, collaboration and structured learning.
The role involves:
Leading analytical workstreams across client engagements from requirements gathering through to delivery and stakeholder presentation
Collaborating with clients, business stakeholders and technical specialists to translate business challenges into scalable data, analytics and AI-enabled solutions
Designing and developing data pipelines, transformation processes and analytical models using SQL, Python and cloud-based technologies
Applying modern AI techniques, including GenAI, machine learning and AI-assisted development tools, to improve solution effectiveness and delivery efficiency
Performing complex data quality assessments, reconciliations, anomaly detection and root-cause investigations to support reliable and defensible outcomes
Developing impactful dashboards, visualisations and decision-support tools using Power BI and Tableau that enable clients to make informed decisions
Contributing to solution architecture, technical design decisions and delivery approaches across analytics and AI initiatives
Exposure to modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks and experience developing production-grade data-driven applications and AI-enabled solutions would be an advantage
Coaching and mentoring junior team members through technical guidance, quality reviews and day-to-day collaboration
Identifying opportunities to automate, standardise and improve delivery processes through reusable assets, accelerators and AI-enabled approaches
Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and communicating technical concepts, insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll be supported through structured learning, feedback and collaboration.
