In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering strategic discovery, high‑impact engagement activities, insight synthesis, and coordinated processes that surface opportunities, illuminate emerging issues, and support evidence‑based strategy development across complex, high‑impact initiatives.

This role will see you enable strategic discovery by conducting horizon scanning, synthesising insights, coordinating structured engagement, producing discovery outputs, and supporting continuous improvement of discovery and engagement practices, with development opportunities in facilitation, analytical synthesis, cross‑functional collaboration, and contributing to strategy, narrative, and program development.

You will build new ways of surfacing insights, strengthening evidence‑based decision‑making, and improving engagement processes in a complex, fast‑paced, matrixed operating environment requiring coordination across senior leads, cross‑functional teams, and diverse stakeholders.

About you

Your strong analytical capability, communication skills, collaborative mindset, and adaptability formed across strategic discovery, research, engagement, and multidisciplinary program environments will see you excel in synthesising complex insights, overcoming competing priorities, and bringing structured discovery and engagement processes to lead to evidence‑ready insights, improved strategic alignment, and stronger organisational impact.

You’re recognized as an effective communicator and motivated self‑starter, skilled at translating discovery outputs, coordinating engagement activities, and tailoring complex information for diverse audiences, experienced in horizon scanning, engagement preparation, insight synthesis, and supporting cross‑functional strategy and program teams.
