Remuneration: $1,362.09 - $1,404.54 per week + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging + Flexible Working (subject to approval)

The Administration Officer will play a vital role in keeping a dynamic service running smoothly. Your work will be responsible for client safety, confidentiality and service excellence, all while working both independently and alongside a passionate multi-disciplinary team. The role will also help develop a supportive environment for extremely important external stakeholders, such as young people and families looking for assistance.

This role is essential to the day to day functioning of the New Street service, ensuring systems, processes and administration run smoothly. It is temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent.
The Administration Officer is often the first point of contact for young people and families, helping create a calm, respectful and supportive experience.
The role supports clinicians and managers by managing information, workflows and coordination in a complex service environment.
High quality administration in this role directly contributes to client safety, confidentiality, and service quality.

Are You the Right Fit?
The ideal candidate must be able to adapt quickly to working in complex healthcare environments where change is constant. A good understanding of administration systems like Microsoft Suite will also be sought after. The Administration Officer must also be compassionate and resilient due to the sensitive nature of working with external stakeholders.

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

Experience working in a similar administrative support role in a complex organisation.
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise own work and carry out tasks and job responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy in order to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated high level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft and Windows based applications and email systems, and/or experience in other information and record keeping systems.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
