The Clerkship Program
Our Sydney Vacation Clerkship Program, which will take place over the summer university break, provides you with a unique insight into our firm, the diverse range of work we undertake and most importantly, our distinctive culture. Be welcomed into an inclusive and friendly team, working with supportive colleagues who are invested in your individual growth and learning.
The program will have two intakes, each running for four weeks, during which you will be placed in our insurance and health practice undertaking dispute resolution work, with the opportunity to attend mediations, conferences and court. Widely recognised as one of the leading insurance and health law teams in Australia, we are known for delivering high-quality advice and service. Handling claims across all major classes of insurance, including professional indemnity, health law, public liability and product liability, the team represents leading names in the insurance industry, both domestically and internationally.
Our clerkship program is also a great stepping stone to ongoing roles at BN, including law clerk and graduate opportunities.
