We're seeking a passionate and organised Multi-Site Manager who is responsible for leading the performance, operations, and people across a group retail stores within the state. This role focuses on driving sales, developing Store Managers, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a consistent customer and brand experience across the cluster.

What you’ll do:
Lead Area Performance
Drive strong, consistent commercial outcomes across your area.

Achieve area sales
Drive like-for-like sales growth across all stores on the Sunshine Coast
Improve key store metrics (conversion, ATV, UPT)
Control wages and store-level expenses within budget
Deliver high customer satisfaction and service standards

Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day duties related to the role efficiently and accurately
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve business goals
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism
Manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas
Follow company policies and procedures

People Management

Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve results
Build capability within store teams through ongoing coaching
Conduct regular performance reviews and check-ins
Drive a positive, high-performance culture across all stores
Support Store Managers with team engagement and performance issues

Recruitment

Support Store Managers in recruiting high-quality team members
Ensure timely hiring to minimise vacancies
Drive effective onboarding and training of new hires
Monitor team turnover and implement retention strategies
Identify and develop future leaders within the area

About You

Experience in retail management or a similar role
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Experience managing learning platforms
Passion for retail, customer experience, and team development
Strong alignment with brand culture and values
Driver’s license and vehicle required
