What skills and experience do you require?

Valid plant operator competency (Excavator, Dozer, Loader, ADT)
Proven experience in a similar operational environment
A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
A construction White Card
A positive, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
Pride in maintaining plant and equipment to a high standard
The ability to work independently and take initiative
