About the Role
Devoted to offering spa guests a holistic wellness experience, The Ritz-Carlton Spa uses its waterfront setting to encourage relaxation and reflection in Perth. Four idyllic treatment rooms, including a couple’s spa suite, and secluded wellness lounges inclusive of heated vitality pools & saunas, are where nature meets beauty with crafted luxury day spa rituals.
The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Perth in Australia works collaboratively with national and international skincare brands LaGaia Unedited and Biologique Recherche on its bespoke spa treatments and retail collections for both hotel guests and guests local to Perth.
As creating memorable and extraordinary luxury experiences is at the heart of everything we do, we are looking for a passionate, talented, and experienced Spa Manager to lead our dedicated team of Spa professionals.
Role Requirements
- A strong manager who leads and works with the spa team to successfully execute all spa and gym operations.
- Vendor selection for spa retail operations includsive of managing contract agreements.
- Develop and manage spa promotions including gifting programs, gift with purchase, co-op marketing efforts and holiday events.
- Implement data driven initiatives to drive the exection of wellness activites and promote ongoing growth and spa performance.
- Manage the staffing requirements of the spa, inclusive of recruitment, rostering and scheduling to salary budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, standards, procedures, regulations and laws.
- Display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifying excellent customer service, and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing and achieving business growth within the wellness sector
- Experience in leading a team of at least 6 therapists/technicians
- Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy (desirable)
- Excellent time management skills
- Desire to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Experience with Biologique Recherche or LaGaia Unedited (desirable)
- National Police Clearance
- Must hold current valid working rights in Australia with no restrictions
