At Konecranes & Demag, we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Specialist to help grow our Industrial Equipment business across a defined territory. This is your opportunity to represent world-class lifting technology, work with leading industrial customers, and be part of a high-performing team shaping the future of material handling solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for our industrial crane and lifting equipment portfolio.

You will:

Develop and grow new business opportunities across your territory
Build strong relationships with industrial customers and key stakeholders
Manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through to close
Prepare compelling quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and solution presentations
Collaborate with Service Sales teams to uncover additional opportunities
Work closely with Project Engineers, Branch teams, and Production to ensure smooth project handovers
Maintain accurate sales activity and forecasting within CRM systems
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms professionally and effectively
Stay ahead of market opportunities and customer needs

This is a highly autonomous role where your initiative, energy, and results-driven mindset will directly contribute to your success.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Solution Sales or Business Development
Current and valid driver licence
Strong CRM and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude

Desirable:

Experience or interest in lifting equipment or industrial applications
Knowledge of overhead cranes, hoists, or Australian Standards
Exposure to technical or engineering-based sales environments
