Marion Facilty Management is a reputable family-owned business who have been providing Management solutions on a global stage for over 20 years!

We are seeking Concierge to join our dynamic Team at a Residential Building in the city of Sydney. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a strong and growing Team. The focus of this role is providing Residents and Tenants with dedicated quality service.

We are committed to cultivating a welcoming environment for both our team members and residents. Together, we form a motivated, efficient, and innovative team.

Greet residents, visitors and contractors professionally
Manage resident enquiries and provide assistance where required
Monitor visitor access and contractor sign-in procedures
Assist with parcel management and building communications
Report maintenance, cleaning and safety issues to management
Support the Building Manager with daily site operations
Maintain a professional front-of-house presence at all times

Requirements:

Customer Service background preferred
Excellent communication and presentation
Reliable, punctual and professional
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer and email skills
