We are seeking Concierge to join our dynamic Team at a Residential Building in the city of Sydney. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a strong and growing Team. The focus of this role is providing Residents and Tenants with dedicated quality service.

- Greet residents, visitors and contractors professionally
- Manage resident enquiries and provide assistance where required
- Monitor visitor access and contractor sign-in procedures
- Assist with parcel management and building communications
- Report maintenance, cleaning and safety issues to management
- Support the Building Manager with daily site operations
- Maintain a professional front-of-house presence at all times
Requirements:
- Customer Service background preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and email skills
