In the role of Senior Business Analyst, you will join our Corporate & Institutional Banking Transformation team that’s doubling down on owning it!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Break down complex business initiatives into clear, actionable tasks and manage the delivery backlog

Elicit, analyse, and articulate business requirements, including regulatory and governance considerations

Lead the creation of high-quality artefacts—business requirements, process maps, workflows, and work instructions

Work closely with stakeholders across business and technology to drive alignment and delivery outcomes

Apply strong business domain knowledge to support onboarding processes and navigate complex banking environments

Leverage AI tools (including Cursor) to enhance analysis, documentation, and solution delivery

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Significant experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services, with a strong business (not purely technical) focus

Demonstrated experience supporting customer onboarding or related processes (highly regarded)

Strong understanding of banking operations and complex regulated environments

Proven ability to define business needs, map processes, document requirements, and produce clear business artefacts

Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management capabilities

Experience working in cross-functional, agile environments

Knowledge of AML/KYC and corporate onboarding processes is advantageous

Familiarity with platforms such as Fenergo or FenX is desirable

Strong AI capability, including practical experience using tools such as Copilot and Cursor to support business analysis activities
