Registered Nurses (RN) – Mental Health / Esketamine (Spravato) Clinics
Ballarat (VIC)
Evening Shifts | Ongoing Work | Immediate Start

Nurselink Healthcare is currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our growing team supporting specialised Esketamine (Spravato) treatment clinics.

This is a unique opportunity to work in an innovative mental health setting with structured clinical protocols and ongoing support.

About the Role
You will be working in a supervised clinical environment delivering and monitoring Esketamine treatments as part of a multidisciplinary mental health program.

Shifts:

Evening clinics (approx. 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM)
2+ shifts per week (ongoing)

Key Responsibilities

Administration and monitoring of Esketamine (Spravato) treatment
Patient observation and safety monitoring during sessions
Clinical documentation and adherence to protocols
Supporting patients through structured treatment programs

What We’re Looking For

AHPRA Registered Nurse (essential)
Experience in mental health, acute care, or community settings (preferred)
Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
Professional, calm, and patient-focused approach

Training & Certification

Nurses already certified in Esketamine (Spravato) are highly desirable
If not certified — we will support and fast-track your Janssen certification
