This isn’t an entry-level SMB sales role. It’s an opportunity to step into more strategic selling.

You’ll own a territory of organisations with up to 600 employees, managing complex sales opportunities, engaging executive stakeholders and helping organisations transform how they manage their workforce.

You’ll be trusted to own your territory while being supported by experienced leaders, Solution Consultants, Marketing and Business Development teams that help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll own the entire customer journey,

Build and execute your territory strategy
Prospect and generate your own pipeline through outbound activity and referrals
Run consultative discovery with HR, Finance, Operations and Executive stakeholders
Build compelling business cases that demonstrate measurable commercial outcomes
Lead complex buying committees through the entire sales cycle
Negotiate and close new business
Deliver accurate forecasting through Salesforce
Consistently exceed your sales targets

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who’s already successful and wants to accelerate their career. You’ll probably have:

2+ years of success in SaaS sales or running your own successful business.
A track record of exceeding quota
Strong outbound prospecting skills
Experience running full sales cycles
Confidence presenting to senior decision-makers
A consultative approach to selling
A genuine desire to continue learning and growing

You don’t need Enterprise Sales experience - you do need the ambition to get there.
