About Us
Jomablue is a premium enterprise event technology company, trusted by some of the world's leading organisations to deliver complex, high-stakes events.
With over 25 years in the events industry, that heritage shows in everything we build and every event we deliver. Named ‘Best Event Management Platform’ at the Event Technology Awards and certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’, the recognition reflects what we have always believed: that the people in our team matter as much as the experiences we create for our customers.
Our customers range from global tech giants to iconic Australian brands, and they come back to us because of two things: the quality of our technology and solutions, and the quality of the people behind it.
We are a close, passionate team of genuine human beings who love what we do. The kind of team where people laugh hard, hold each other to a high standard, and actually want to come to work!
If you want to do meaningful work, at a company that is growing and continues to prove itself . . . this is your chance.
The Role
The Product Marketing Manager reports to the CMO and owns the positioning, launch, and go-to-market of Jomablue's products and solutions in every region we serve. You are our expert on the buyer, the market and the competition, and the bridge between Product, Technical Program Management, Sales, Education and Marketing. You turn a portfolio spanning software and solutions into one clear, compelling story that helps our teams win and retain premium enterprise customers.
This is a hands-on role for someone with 6 or more years behind them, who helps align our strategy and builds the work that brings it to life.
You must be motivated and passionate about great service. In a smaller team, you understand that working closely with others and pitching in when necessary makes our team stronger and helps us reach our goals.
This is a flexible, hybrid position with the opportunity to work in both office and home environments.
When and Where
This is a full-time role based in our Ultimo, NSW office.
Your Duties
-
Partner with the CMO to provide product and solutions positioning and messaging across the Jomablue portfolio
- Lead go-to-market planning and delivery for launches and feature releases, coordinating Product, Sales, Education, Customer Success and Marketing to agreed dates
- Equip Sales with the assets that move deals, including pitch narratives, decks, battlecards, objection handling, one-pagers and proof points tuned to enterprise buying committees
- Run a structured competitive intelligence programme across our named competitors, and keep the field current on how we win
- Be the voice of the customer, running interviews and research and feeding insight to Product on roadmap priorities
- Assist Jomablue in communicating trust, security and compliance to enterprise, government and regulated buyers, translating controls such as SOC 2, data residency and encryption into clear, provable claims that stand up to procurement and security review
- Position Jomablue's AI capabilities responsibly, working with Product and the Technical Program Manager to draw a clear line between what we ship today and what is on the roadmap, so every external claim is defensible
- Own product and lifecycle communications, including product change notifications and release updates, partnering with Product Management, the Technical Program Manager and Education on accuracy, and Digital on delivery
- Feed pricing and packaging decisions with market and competitive evidence across our product tiers
- Partner with the CMO and Digital on organic and search visibility, including how Jomablue is represented in generative and AI answer engines, traditional search and analyst coverage
- Set clear success measures for launches and enablement, and report on adoption, pipeline influence and win rate rather than activity alone
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting and asset production without lowering the quality bar
