Our Recruitment Receptionist plays a vital role in this journey. As the first point of contact for candidates, visitors and internal stakeholders, you'll help create a welcoming and professional experience from the moment someone walks through our doors or picks up the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for candidates, visitors and employees, both in person and via phone and email.
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Support candidates throughout their recruitment journey and connecting them with the appropriate recruiter or opportunity.
Perform a range of administration tasks, including data entry, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating interview and induction rooms.
Assist new employees with PPE collection and induction processes, help ensure they are site-ready and set up for success.
Support the day-to-day operations of a busy recruitment team.
Work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience in a fast paced reception, administration, customer service, retail or hospitality role.
Confidence managing multiple priorities and a high volume of interactions throughout the day.
Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Reliability and commitment to being on-site five days per week.
A positive, energetic approach and the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life
