About Juniper:

About the role:

We are seeking a People Services Administrator to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of efficient and effective people services across Juniper. You will provide high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle, helping to ensure our people processes run smoothly and deliver a positive experience for employees and leaders alike.

About the role:

Providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, contract changes and offboarding.
Preparing employment contracts, correspondence and People & Culture documentation.
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity within HR systems.
Supporting recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination and candidate communication.
Assisting with employee compliance requirements, including qualifications, police clearances and work rights documentation.
Responding to employee and manager enquiries and escalating matters as appropriate.
Preparing reports, letters and other documentation to support People & Culture operations.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting projects across the People & Culture team.

About you:

Previous administrative experience, ideally within Human Resources, People & Culture or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A customer service mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships.
Experience using HR, payroll or recruitment systems would be highly regarded.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
A proactive approach, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Salary from $74,623.5 per annum

Central Balcatta Head office location with free parking onsite
Hybrid Working from home options available up to 2 days per week
