About Us

Fit Foundry is evolving. We are a highly successful personal training facility transitioning into a premier multidisciplinary allied health clinic. We already have an active, ready-to-go waiting list of clients, and we are looking for an ambitious Lead Physiotherapist to take the reins of our clinical side from day one.

The Role

This is a permanent full-time position where you will be actively integrated into our gym community. You will have complete autonomy over your clinical caseload, but you won't just be sitting in a treatment room during gaps in your schedule.

To help you build your list and establish authority, your paid duties will also include:

Gym Floor Outreach: Running 10–15 minute free injury screens for our gym members.
Team Education: Liaising with our personal training team to facilitate cross-referrals.
Content Creation: Creating clinical content for our social media channels and blog.

Compensation & Career Progression

We are offering a secure, flat salary structure so you never have to worry about patient cancellations affecting your paycheck. We also have a clear, transparent pathway for your financial growth as our clinic expands to include Exercise Physiologists and Massage Therapists.

Starting Salary (Level 2): $90,000 + Superannuation. This covers all your standard hours and your Saturday penalty rates.
Progression Pathway (Level 3): As we expand our allied health team and you step into a clinical leadership or mentoring role, your classification will be upgraded to a Level 3, bringing your salary to $105,000+ + Superannuation.

Who We Are Looking For

Current General Registration with AHPRA.
Eligible for a Medicare Provider Number.
Minimum 1 year of private practice experience.
A proactive communicator who is comfortable walking the gym floor and engaging with members.
Someone who is comfortable and confident Infront of a camera.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
