You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:
A love for working with and delivering new customer-facing digital products, including customer portals, public websites and mobile applications, across a range of technologies.
Experience working within the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams, ideally in CI/CD environments with close collaboration across design and engineering
A passion for defining new AI-powered and agentic solutions to help our clients, their customers and their customers’ agents.
Strong business analysis capability, including requirements gathering, user stories, functional specifications, process mapping and journey mapping
Experience working closely with architects, developers and technical teams to assess technical feasibility and delivery options, understand solution constraints, dependencies and effort estimates, and ensure proposed requirements and solutions are viable for delivery.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex and/or technical concepts to different audiences, from executives and business stakeholders to project managers and technical teams.
Exposure to Sitecore or other CMS platforms and .NET-based solutions would be advantageous but is not essential.
