About the Role
Looking for flexibility, variety or your next career opportunity? We are seeking Speech Pathologists to join our adult inpatient services across Monash Health.
You will utilise your knowledge and skills to work towards optimising communication and swallowing for health, wellbeing and participation for inpatients within adult inpatient services.
Opportunities include:
Casual weekend service Grade 1, Adult Inpatient Care, hospital sites (At least 12-months relevant clinical experience required)
Casual weekend service Grade 2 - Adult Inpatient Care, hospital sites (Credentialing in skills of videofluoroscopy and tracheostomy management will be highly regarded)
Fixed-term locum opportunities, part time and full time (all sites and programs)

About Us
Speech Pathology at Monash Health covers the continuum and the life span. We have a large bed based department across six hospital sites; Monash Medical Centre, the Victorian Heart Hospital, Kingston Centre, Dandenong, Moorabbin and Casey hospitals and teams of speech pathologists in community health, community rehabilitation, clinics and mental health programs.
About You:

Demonstrated specialised knowledge and skills in communication and swallowing
Demonstrated strong communication skills
A flexible mindset and a team approach
Mandatory requirements:
Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology
Eligibility for practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
You may be required to work in any clinical area (as deemed appropriate through credentialing and scope of practice requirements) at any or all campuses of Monash Health as and when required.
