About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position where you will oversee the successful delivery of events from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating event logistics and setup
- Supervising front-of-house staff during service
- Running pre-event briefings and delegating tasks
- Liaising with clients professionally on-site
- Monitoring service standards and team performance
- Ensuring smooth execution of all catering operations
This role can be casual, part-time, or full-time, depending on availability.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2 year experience as an Event Supervisor or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and professional presentation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
- Full working rights in Australia
