The Opportunity

This role is all about sparking smart ideas and turning data into action and innovation. You'll help steer our energy comparison platform in the right direction, boosting customer engagement, supercharging site performance and lighting up business results with clever insights and creative optimisations. Day-to-day, you’ll:

- Lead the charge on smart, data-driven product improvements (big and small!)
- Team up with developers, designers and data engineers to bring ideas to life
- Dive into user behaviour, traffic patterns, and conversion data to uncover what’s working (and what’s not)
- Establish product documentation and keep it tidy, dashboards insightful, and stakeholders in the loop
- Help shape the roadmap and prioritise the work that delivers real value
- Use tools like Power BI, Excel, FullStory, Azure DevOps and Confluence like a pro
- Champion best practices in data, UX, and optimisation - and keep pushing for better

About You

You’ll need to understand the product lifecycle so experience in product ownership or analysis is a must – an energy, insurance, telco or financial services background will really impress us.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Can juggle multiple optimisation initiative without breaking a sweat
- Knows their way around agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and others
- Is fluent in data and numbers; a commercial thinker who gets product pricing concepts
- Can work independently but collaborates well
- Bonus points if you get excited about UX, CX, performance metrics, and customer feedback loops!
