Want to work on an iconic local project?

Clough is delivering the Darwin Ship Lift Project, a landmark development that will transform marine maintenance capabilities in the Northern Territory.

The scope of the project includes the design and construction of a state-of-the-art ship lift and associated marine infrastructure at East Arm. Once complete, the facility will support the servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of vessels, strengthening Darwin’s position as a key maritime hub.

Who you are:
A highly organised and proactive Project Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced site environment. You have a strong eye for detail, enjoy supporting teams across multiple functions, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly through efficient coordination and administration.

Your role will include:

Coordinating rosters and managing travel arrangements via the site travel team
Providing administrative support across departments, including covering for other administrators as required
Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems, including electronic document control
Collating and distributing weekly timesheets for payroll processing
Supporting project teams with data gathering, reporting, meeting minutes, and general coordination
Assisting with system maintenance and ensuring site data is accurate and up to date
Supporting senior management and responding to general queries across the project
Ensuring high accuracy in documentation through proofreading and quality checks
Contributing to continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems

What you will bring to the team / Qualifications you will bring to the team:

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a project or site-based environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Self-motivated, methodical, and proactive approach to completing tasks
Confidence representing the business when interacting with contractors, suppliers, and clients
