The Role
We are a dynamic, supportive, and results-driven HR team, and we're on the lookout for a proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated HR Administrator! Reporting directly to the HR Manager in Mentone, you'll play a key role in driving and supporting HR activities across the team. Playing a pivotal role in our HR efforts, you'll be at the heart of making things happen! Your main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

Coordinate the employee lifecycle from on-boarding, internal transfers to off-boarding for head office and assist our manufacturing sites with this process where required.
Champion our reward and recognition program.
Be the HR teams point of contact for purchase order raising and queries.
Compose internal comms, contracts and employment variation letters.
Assist with the recruitment process where required.
Provide continuous improvement on relevant HR systems and documents.
Assist and coordinate HR projects and activities aligning corporate culture and the company's development.
Manage the employee Take Home Product program for Mentone.
Perform various ad-hoc duties where required.

The Person
This role is perfect for a positive, proactive, and highly adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're someone who excels at staying organised, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines with ease, we want to hear from you! Our ideal candidate will obtain and have the following skills and experience in –

Certificate III or higher in Business Administration highly regarded.
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR environment/team.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective administrative processes.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
Continuous improvement mindset.
Professional approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Minimum intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite.
