About the Role
We’re looking for a self-driven, customer-focused Operations Team Member to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys interaction with Customers, Logistic Providers to offer tailored solutions, and delivering great customer service in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate confidently with freight providers, and collaborate effectively with Operations, Sales, and Workshop teams to support the achievement of KPIs.
- Provide clients with accurate delivery updates and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and basic filing.
- Support warehouse operations through picking and packing of customer orders.
- Assist in the allocation of parts and accessories inventory.
- Handle incoming calls and provide assistance or redirect queries as required.
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment and support cross-functional tasks as needed.
About you
- Self-starter with excel, email SAP (preferred) and an understanding of filing systems.
- A strong team player who can demonstrate top class customer service and supports colleagues.
- Confident communicator.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems or industrial machinery (preferred)
- Current Valid driver’s licence including forklift licence
