The full-time Paid Media & Performance Specialist is a pivotal role at Lupo Digital, contributing to and shaping the future of digital advertising within a Human-led, AI-first marketing environment.
You will be responsible for designing, launching, and optimising paid media campaigns end-to-end setting up ad strategies, creative, copy, and landing pages, while fully leveraging in-platform AI, automation, advanced bidding strategies, conversion tracking, ad scheduling, video advertising, and offer management.
With a data-driven mindset and passion for strategic campaign creation, you will focus on:
- Campaign strategy, planning, execution, and ongoing optimisation.
- Driving qualified traffic and generating high-quality leads.
- Analysing and reporting on campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Ensuring all paid media efforts are tightly aligned with client revenue growth goals and success metrics.
This role directly supports Lupo’s Human-led AI-first digital transition, enhancing Lupo’s ability to scale customer acquisition, drive measurable growth, and lead innovation in an AI-first, HubSpot-centered digital landscape.
- Develop, execute, and refine multi-channel paid media strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.).
Support strategic campaigns tied to Lupo's TOFU MOFU- BOFU content funnel approach.
- Create performance-based plans aligned with the buyer journey and persona pain points.
- Set up, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Manage campaign elements, including:
- Ad Creation: Designing and writing compelling ads for various platforms.
- Keyword Research & Targeting: Identifying relevant keywords and using targeting options to reach the right audience across paid media channels, in collaboration with SEO and Content Strategy teams.
- Bid Management & Budgeting: Optimising bids and managing budgets to maximise ROI.
- Implement continuous A/B testing of creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Regularly track, report, and deliver actionable insights on all active paid media campaigns.
- Leverage data-driven decision-making to improve campaign performance continuously.
- Work closely with internal Strategy, Content, and Development teams to ensure cross-channel alignment.
- Support SEO and content strategy initiatives with complementary paid media campaigns.
- Assist Sales teams by creating strategic retargeting campaigns aligned to customer journeys.
- Join selected client meetings to present campaign performance, share optimisation strategies, and contribute to broader digital planning.

- Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram)
