As our Paid Media & Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in that journey.
This is a hands-on opportunity to drive lead generation, optimise campaign performance, grow our digital presence and help turn marketing activity into measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with our Chief Commercial Officer, you'll have genuine ownership across paid media, social media, website optimisation, lead nurture programs and marketing performance, helping shape how marketing contributes to business growth.

The Opportunity
Based in our Sydney Head Office this role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, paid media, lead generation, and performance optimisation.
You'll be responsible for executing and improving digital campaigns, driving lead generation activity, supporting marketing automation initiatives and managing efex's social media presence.
You'll also play an important role in helping us better understand marketing performance through reporting, analytics and data-driven insights.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive lead generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, remarketing, email and digital channels
- Optimise campaign performance to improve lead quality, conversion rates and ROI
- Manage and improve marketing infrastructure including tracking, tagging, pixels, audience segmentation and automation workflows
- Support website optimisation and conversion improvements
- Manage efex's social media presence and community engagement
- Produce meaningful performance reporting, insights and recommendations
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and campaign effectiveness
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of digital marketing.
You'll likely bring:

3+ years' experience in paid media, digital marketing, performance marketing or demand generation
- Experience running and optimising digital campaigns
- Strong understanding of lead generation and marketing funnels
- Experience with digital analytics, reporting and campaign optimisation
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong commercial thinking and a results-focused mindset
- Experience in technology, IT services, managed services or B2B environments highly regarded
