Position: Barista / F&B Attendant

Job Type: Permanent – Part Time

Location: SAN Hospital

Hospitality is about more than coffee, and this role is perfect for someone who thrives doing it all. We’re looking for a confident all-rounder with strong barista skills who enjoys balancing café service, customer interaction, and hands-on kitchen support in a fast-paced hospital environment. Working evening shifts across a supportive retail team, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for staff, visitors, and patients every single day.

What You'll Do

•Craft high-quality barista coffee consistently during busy retail peak periods.
•Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while working independently.
•Execute general food preparation and assembly to support the daily menu.
•Provide exceptional customer service to hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
•Perform essential closing duties and ensure the outlet is ready for the next shift.

About You

•A holder of a Food Safety Supervisor certificate would be advantageous.
•Demonstrates professional barista experience with a focus on speed and quality.
•Possesses the ability to assist in kitchen duties and floor tasks autonomously.
•Shows a flexible attitude toward helping out with all aspects of the outlet.
•Maintains a friendly and empathetic communication style suitable for a hospital setting.
