We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled, reliable, and experienced Baker / Pastry Cook to join our busy gluten free manufacturing kitchen. If you love working with high-quality ingredients, take pride in producing consistent, delicious food, and thrive in an early morning environment – we want to hear from you!

You’ll be part of a hands-on, fast-paced production team preparing and baking a variety of gluten free pastries, savoury items, and specialty products for wholesale and retail customers.

Full-time available now with immediate start
Salary based on experience
2am start Monday to Friday
Work in a dedicated gluten free facility
Join a supportive, experienced, and passionate team

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) as a pastry chef or pastry cook (manufacturing or wholesale experience highly regarded)
Confident in laminating large volumes of pastry doughs
Good time management
Must be experienced in a production kitchen having worked night hours
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under time pressure
Team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Australian full-time work rights, sponsorship is not available for this position
