Production Operator

Golding are recruiting for experienced Production Operators to join our team at our South Walker Creek Mine, located just 1.5 hours from Mackay

Golding is a successful Mining, Urban and Civil infrastructure project management services business with projects and operations across Queensland and South Australia. We are reliable and cost effective, working hard to achieve successful outcomes for our clients by working with them in ways that create and deliver value.

We are currently seeking multiple, Experienced Production Operators to join our team at South Walker Creek Mine. If you’re an experienced Production Operator with an excellent work ethic, attitude and safety conscious approach, then we want to talk to you.

Located 35 kilometres west of Nebo, 1.5 hours from Mackay in the Bowen Basin, this is our closest mine to Mackay!

Buses provided from Mackay | Long term contract with extension until 2030

The Positions

We are looking for Production Mine Operators that hold current RII's and that have proven experience operating at least two of the following:

Excavators Hitachi 3600,5500, 5600
Graders 16, 24M
Dozers D10, D11
Haul Trucks Cat 789, Komatsu 830E, Cat 793

Role Requirements

Current RII's or Training Transcripts
Current Drivers Licence
Current Standard 11
Current Coal Board Medical
Ability to pass pre-employment medical examinations including Drug and Alcohol
Production Mining experience essential
Demonstrated safe, professional and productive behaviour
