Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Waurn Ponds

No Rent. Real Leads. Paid Mentoring.

Location: Waurn Ponds, VIC

Type: Casual

Pay: $38.35–$46/hr + super + commission

Start: Immediate

Hours: Build to 20–30+ paid hours/week

Beg people on Instagram to book a consult they'll cancel 10 minutes before
Play marketer, salesperson, accountant, and admin while trying to remember why you became a trainer in the first place
Most trainers burn out in 6 months because the business side kills them before they ever get good at coaching.
