Looking for a Personal Trainer at Snap Fitness Warralily.

Leads provided. No rent model. Paid mentoring from day one.

Location: Warralily, VIC

Type: Casual

Pay: $40.17-$55/hr + super + commission

Start: Immediate

Hours: Build to 20-30+ paid hours/week

You Didn't Become a PT to Pay Rent or Chase Ghosts

Pay $300/week for the privilege of cold-calling strangers and praying one of them shows up
Chase leads who ghost your texts after you spent 2 hours prepping their free session
Beg people on Instagram to book a consult they'll cancel 10 minutes before
Play marketer, salesperson, accountant, and admin while trying to remember why you became a trainer in the first place
Most trainers burn out in 6 months because the business side kills them before they ever get good at coaching.
