Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working and adaptable team member to join our business servicing the Murraylands, Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula, Limestone Coast and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and is willing to work across multiple areas of the business including deliveries, warehouse operations, stock control and laundry/linen processing. No two days are the same and the successful applicant must be willing to jump in wherever needed as part of a small team environment.

This is a casual position with a minimum 25 hours per week, with consistent start times and increased hours during peak periods. Finish times may vary depending on deliveries, workload and seasonal demand.

Some public holiday work is required, as we service customers who operate 7 days a week. These shifts are shared across the team where possible.

The Role

Duties may include:

Delivering and collecting linen and products
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
Assisting with stock control and stocktakes
Using our inventory system to manage stock
Washing, drying, folding and sorting linen items
Assisting in laundry production and linen processing
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse, laundry and yard
Supporting other areas of the business as required

This role is designed for someone who is flexible and team-focused. While applicants may have strengths in certain areas, all team members are expected to assist across different departments when required, including covering leave, peak periods and daily operational needs.

What We’re Looking For

Current driver’s licence (essential)
Must be able to drive manual vehicles (essential)
Forklift or light rigid truck licence highly regarded but not essential
Physically fit and capable of manual handling and repetitive tasks
Good time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Willingness to learn and work across multiple areas of the business
Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
Basic computer skills (or willingness to learn)
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
