High-volume transactional finance role within a leading Australian agribusiness
Exposure across AP, AR, treasury, and month-end support
Collaborative finance team based in a Brisbane CBD fringe location

Join a well-established Australian agribusiness where you’ll support the day-to-day finance operations of a large and nationally recognised organisation known for its strong team culture, operational excellence, and long-term growth.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Officer or Accounts Officer to join a collaborative and high-performing finance team on an initial 3-5 month contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

You’ll gain broad exposure across transactional finance, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, treasury support, and wider finance administration within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Working closely with the finance team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of transactional finance processes while supporting the integrity and accuracy of financial data across the business.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end accounts payable processing
Processing high volumes of invoices and purchase orders within Sage 300
Managing supplier statement reconciliations and payment queries
Administering credit card and expense claims through Concur
Generating customer invoices and allocating receipts
Maintaining the accounts receivable ledger and following up outstanding debts
Assisting with bank reconciliations and treasury-related administration
Supporting month-end reconciliations, accruals, and reporting processes
Assisting with BAS and Fuel Tax Credit workings for review
Supporting audit and year-end data requests as required
Providing general finance and administration support to the wider team

About You

2+ years’ experience in an Accounts Officer or similar transactional finance role
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Confident working in high-volume processing environments
Intermediate Excel skills and strong overall systems capability
Strong organisational and time management skills
Collaborative approach with the ability to build strong working relationships
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Experience with Sage 300, Concur, or exposure to agribusiness environments will be highly regarded
