genU is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level, confidential support to senior leaders. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted partner to the Executive ensuring seamless coordination of daily operations.

Working across a broad stakeholder group, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills, strong customer focus and proactive, hands-on approach to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

As an Executive Assistant you will:

Provide high-level executive support to senior leaders, acting as a key liaison between the Executive team, Board, and external stakeholders.
Manage complex schedules, communications, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless daily operations and effective prioritisation.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefings, and Board materials, supporting decision-making on complex and sensitive matters.
Coordinate meetings, events, and communications, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient information flow across the organisation.
Act as a trusted intermediary, delivering exceptional stakeholder service and supporting collaboration across teams to achieve strategic priorities.

What you’ll bring

Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive support within a medium to large, complex organisation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to produce polished reports, presentations, and executive correspondence.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, sound judgement, and professionalism.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse groups.
Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment, anticipating needs and using initiative to solve problems.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
