About Us:

De Goey Contractors (DGC) is a recognized leader in fabrication, protective coating, process piping, installation, and various aspects of coal mining, terminal maintenance projects, port maintenance, manufacturing, and labour hire.

As we continue to expand, De Goey Contractors Pty Ltd are actively seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our team in Mackay.

About Us:

De Goey Contractors Pty Ltd is seeking highly qualified individuals for an immediate start in the following fields:

Mechanical Fitters (Onsite)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical fitting, maintenance, or shutdown work
Ability to read mechanical drawings, work independently, and complete high-quality installations or repairs
Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Fitter)

We’re looking for candidates who have:

A willingness to undergo pre-employment checks
A valid driver’s licence
White Card
Confined Space (desirable)
Working at Heights (desirable)
Hay Point induction (desirable)
Section 6 Hay Point medical or Section 4 CBM (desirable)
