Jamestech are looking for project and construction tradespeople to assist with a 3-4 month new surface installation project in Cloncurry.
This could be good experience for someone looking to enter a long term FIFO Mining Position.

Electrical / Refrigeration / Instrumentation Tradesmen (NW Qld)
Essential requirements:

Electrical Work License (Electrical Fitter / Mechanic or equivalent) or Cert III Refrigeration (Restricted Electrical Licenses ok)

Excellent Safety Culture
-
Enjoy working in a small construction crew

Current Australian Manual Drivers License

Current LVR & CPR
Experience below preferred (though not essential) :

Good Overall Electrical Knowledge

Mine, Maintenance & Construction experience
Must be able to complete (or already have):

Mineral Mines and Quarry (MMQ) Medical

National Police Clearance
Date - immediate start ~ January 2026
Roster - 21 days on / 7 days off (3-4 months duration)
Accommodation - Mine Camp Accommodation provided with meals
Travel - Ex. Bne, Tsv
