As we expand our presence in the Australian and global market, we are looking for a skilled marketing professional to lead our strategic marketing function.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Officer to develop and execute our marketing strategy across multiple channels and markets. This is a senior-level individual contributor role focused on strategic planning, data analysis, and campaign management. You will be responsible for the full marketing lifecycle, from market research and audience segmentation through to campaign execution, performance analysis, and ongoing optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and target segments. Define product positioning and messaging frameworks across all audience segments and channels. Plan and manage product launch campaigns, including go-to-market strategy, content direction, and channel coordination. Manage and optimise digital marketing activity across search, social, email, and paid channels, using data to inform decisions. Analyse campaign performance data and translate findings into actionable strategy recommendations. Develop and oversee content marketing initiatives that support brand positioning and lead generation. Collaborate with leadership and product teams to align marketing activity with commercial priorities. Manage relationships with external vendors, platforms, and agencies where required. Monitor competitor activity and market developments to inform ongoing strategy.

About You

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated experience in strategic planning, market research, and multi-channel campaign management. You are comfortable working independently, making data-informed decisions, and presenting marketing strategy to stakeholders. Experience in the technology, SaaS, or education sector is an advantage.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into marketing decisions. Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation. Demonstrated ability to manage product launches and go-to-market campaigns. Proficiency with marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
