Lead your own OSHC space in a well-resourced, community-focused service

Permanent Part-Time Opportunity

Minimum 15 hours per week | Split shifts: 7:30am–9:30am & 2:00pm–6:00pm, Vacation Care required
30-place community-based OSHC service | Your own room and yard
Competitive rates + applicable shift allowances

About the Role

In this role, you will:

Lead delivery of a play-based program aligned to MTOP
Lead day-to-day operations of the OSHC program and support team performance
Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children
Support compliance with NQF, legislation and regulations
Mentor and guide educators to deliver quality outcomes
Act as Responsible Person/Person in Charge when required
Build strong relationships with children, families and the community
Contribute to continuous improvement and reflective practice

About You

You are a confident and collaborative educator with:

Diploma – ACECQA approved
Experience in OSHC or similar setting, including leadership/supervision
Strong understanding of MTOP, NQS and compliance requirements
Ability to deliver engaging, child-centred programs
Confidence stepping into leadership and making decisions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in documentation, planning and administration

Essential Requirements

Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Valid Australian working rights
