What you'll do:

Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
Craft delicious cocktails with speed, consistency, and flair while keeping the bar running smoothly during busy service periods
Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
Go above and beyond to anticipate guest needs and create memorable moments that keep people coming back

What you've got:

Confidence making quality cocktails in a fast-paced environment
Uniqueness and a passion for fun
Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
Experience in bartending, hospitality, customer service, or retail, with a genuine passion for creating great guest experiences
A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
As we are a seven day a week business, you must be available to work nights and weekends*
