Gradi at Crown is looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our team.
Located in the heart of Melbourne's Crown Entertainment Complex, Gradi is renowned for authentic Italian hospitality, award-winning food, and a vibrant dining atmosphere. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Making high-quality coffees and espresso-based drinks
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient bar area
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Assisting the front-of-house team during busy service periods
- Ensuring compliance with RSA requirements and venue standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue
- Strong cocktail-making skills
- Experience operating a coffee machine and preparing quality coffees
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Current Victorian RSA certificate
