You’re open to a change of direction and a new challenge.
You're all about the detail and this role will allow you to drive evidence-based decision making to optimise systems and efficiency, not just for the business but for our customers too. It's data and research with impact you can see.
In this role, you'll:
Be excited by the opportunity to support the future of NSW's largest infrastructure programs by contributing to project finance, commercial, procurement and transaction activities that deliver lasting public value.

The PF team acts as an internal centre of excellence and provides expert financial, commercial and strategic advice across the IPE portfolio and broader TfNSW.
Support the development and delivery of commercial, procurement and project finance initiatives across major infrastructure and property projects by undertaking financial and commercial analysis, modelling, research, and transaction support activities.
You will contribute to the evaluation of commercial options, funding approaches, risk allocation frameworks and procurement strategies to support informed decision making and value-for-money outcomes and prepare high-quality analysis, reports, business cases, procurement documentation and commercial advice to support project teams, senior stakeholders and government decision-makers.
This role will see you work collaboratively within a highly capable team of subject matter experts and build strong relationships across government and industry to deliver integrated, customer-focused outcomes aligned to NSW's infrastructure priorities.
