The Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be part of a high performing team responsible for the maintenance and repair of plant and equipment such as Corrugators, Automated Feeders, Rotary Die cutters, Flex Fold machine at our state-of-the-art Board Facility in Wodonga.

Full time night shift (Shift starts on Sunday night). 8h shift
Rate: Base rate plus 30% night shift Loading + OT

What you will do:

Contribute to a safe and compliant working environment.
Conduct preventative maintenance of all plant and equipment.
Provide service to maintain production and resolution of operational or technical problems.
Ensure you work as a member of a cohesive team while maintaining individual responsibility.

What you will bring to the team:

Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or a related field.
Experience working in a fast paced, high-volume environment while maintaining the required safety standards.
Highly focused on process and continuous improvement.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a “get the job done” approach every day.
