Your opportunity outlined

Premiere facilities – large and light-filled treatment rooms, extensive Clinical Pilates studio with three Allegro 3 reformers and tower, modern and bright team kitchen with coffee machine.
Plans and permits approved for million dollar build & fitout. Purpose built facility, 10 treatment rooms, 3x gym/S&C/Pilates spaces, team room, recording room and more.
CPD: $1000 CPD allowance, multidisciplinary in-house PD’s with Physios, Osteos and Podiatrists.
Weekly mentoring with an experienced Practitioner to help you work towards your goals both professionally and personally

Pillar Health is an Award winning Multidisciplinary Health Clinic in Malvern East, Building Health and Inspiring Wellness. We’re Looking For a Full-time Myotherapist with 2+ years of experience to join our Team!

The role

Independently managing clients (assessment, planning and treatment), with the view to a full-time load of between 30-45 hours/ week as set by you (with appropriate support when required).
Expect a varied caseload of general musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries
Option to deliver Clinical Exercise classes (previously Clinical Pilates) for the right candidate.
Communicating with any relevant parties (GPs, specialists, insurance companies, etc)
Participating in activities to attract and retain our valued clients.
Conducting and participating in activities such as community seminars, regular staff in-house PD and practice-based non-clinical activities.
You will go above and beyond for your clients, team and referrers
You will be open-minded and take ownership of your role as part of the team
You will be proactive in learning and developing new skill-sets
You will always be understanding of a client’s needs and will always strive to deliver a professional and excellent service
You will display a genuine interest and enthusiasm for the industry, the role, and Pillar Health’s vision.

We want to hear from you if you:

Hold at minimum an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy or Bachelors of Health Science (Myotherapy), and registration with an accredited Myotherapy Association
Preferably have a minimum of 1 year of experience, however new graduates are also welcome to apply
Have a passion for holistic wellness, continued learning and a proven willingness to develop your knowledge
Are a team player with great communication who values working within a multidisciplinary team environment for cross-referral and best client outcomes
Are motivated to build your client base & understand the importance of active marketing and community networking to grow and maintain a thriving caseload.
Have the ability to work independently but to also collaborate as part of a close team
Are constantly seeking to grow yourself, personally and professionally
Are available to work on Saturdays
Have the right to work in Australia
Hold First Aid qualifications
Hold qualifications in dry needling and/or cupping or are willing to gain qualifications in these modalities
