Sous Chef / Experienced Chef – Modern Yakitori Izakaya, Potts Point, Sydney

About Us

Join a vibrant modern yakitori izakaya in the heart of Potts Point, opposite Kings Cross Station. We serve top-notch Japanese cuisine with a lively, social atmosphere. We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef or experienced chef (3+ years) who’s ready to make an impact in our kitchen.

The Role

Lead the grill and yakitori section alongside our Team
Create consistently delicious dishes and maintain kitchen standards
Mentor junior staff and help cultivate a positive, high-energy team
Contribute to the growth and success of our kitchen
