Executive Team Assistant, Logistics & Industrial
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high quality executive support and administration assistance to the Industrial team based in Brisbane.
What You'll Do:

Maintaining client contacts in CRM system and Outlook
-
Draft and distribute electronic brochures
-
Work with finance team to ensure fee forecast, AMEX and cash receipts are up to date.

Assist to organise and host client events & travel arrangements
-
Help to create high quality marketing submissions and information memorandums
-
Marketing campaign management liaising with external marketing consultants
-
Co-ordination of internal and external meetings
-
Formatting & preparation of reports, submissions, briefs and presentations to a high and creative standard
-
Attend weekly meetings and monthly meetings, prepare meeting minutes or documentation required
-
Maintain lease expiry database
-
Work with the team to develop and implement marketing initiatives
What we’re looking for:
-
Experience supporting a senior leader in a corporate setting strongly preferred
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-
Strong typing skills and attention to detail in document preparation
-
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with capacity to prioritize multiple urgent tasks
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
