Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards. Plan menus and develop new recipes based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to maintain smooth daily operations. Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Inspect ingredients and finished dishes to ensure quality and consistency. Manage food costs and portion control to meet budget targets. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff. Collaborate with management to improve menu offerings and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role. cooking certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Creativity and passion for food and presentation. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Skills: Culinary expertise Leadership and team management Time management Attention to detail Food safety and sanitation knowledge Inventory and cost control Creativity and menu planning.

Pay: $66,256.55 – $75,000.00 per year
