We're looking for an experienced and passionate people leader to join our Customer Contact Leadership Team as an Outbound Team Coach.

As an Outbound Team Coach, you'll lead and develop a team responsible for connecting with customers, delivering exceptional experiences, and achieving sales and retention outcomes. You'll play a critical role in building capability, fostering engagement, and helping your team grow both professionally and personally.
This role is about more than achieving targets and managing metrics. It's about inspiring confidence, developing talent, creating meaningful team connection, and helping people realise their potential. You'll create an environment where individuals feel supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed, while contributing to ahm's mission of helping more Australians take control of their health and wellbeing.
