If numbers are your jam and you’re ready to estimate your way to success, we need you as our Estimator – Landscape Construction. Your precision will keep our projects on time, on budget, and on point. If you’re ready to quote like a pro and take on exciting landscape construction projects, we want you on our team!

Your Days Will Look Like:

Developing accurate cost estimates for a variety of high-end landscape construction projects.
Reading and interpreting landscape designs, breaking down materials, labour, and equipment requirements.
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to source pricing and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Preparing tender submissions, project budgets, and reviewing contracts.
Collaborating closely with the project team to ensure we deliver projects profitably and on schedule.
Keeping a close eye on market trends and ensuring we’re staying competitive with our quotes.
Drafting and coordinating smooth project handovers to office and operational teams.

What You Bring to the Table:

At least 2 years of experience in landscape construction estimating or a similar role.
Proficient in reading landscape plans and design documents.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a natural ability to juggle multiple projects.
An understanding of the landscape industry, construction methodologies, and associated costs.
Strong negotiation and communication skills—you build great relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
A forward-thinker who can spot potential risks and opportunities within a project.
