Join the Otis family where collaboration, innovation and empowerment help each individual and the company reach new heights.We are currently looking for a Lift Installation Mechanic to be based in Brisbane, Queensland.About youYou will be the face of the Otis brand and responsible for installing Lifts, Escalators, and Travellators in compliance with the relevant codes and Otis specifications and procedures.Reports to the Project ManagerThis role falls under the local EBA, and your hourly rates are determined by your classification.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation of New Equipment and Modernisation lifts and working to the highest safety and environmental standards while ensuring service targets are met.Ensure timely completion of defects identified during service / handing over inspection in coordination with the Project Manager.Maintain company tools, equipment, and materials properly and safeguard such property.Perform work in accordance with the relevant lift industry codes and standards.Comply with the company's Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures, including reporting any conditions that may impact the environment or any employee.Maintain and work on the Quality System.
